Thank you for shopping with Gru Lan. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected:
•    Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
•    Processing time (1–3 business days) is in addition to the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of shipment, not the order date, and do not account for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship internationally. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering. Gru Lan has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in your country.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistical issues. We are not liable for delivery delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@grulanhouse.com — we will do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Gru Lan is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, depending on availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
